3. Quotes and Estimates
Quote requests submitted through our website form are requests for a free, no-obligation assessment — not binding contracts. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability, scheduling, or a specific price.
Estimates provided after a site assessment represent our best professional assessment at the time and are subject to change if:
- Conditions at the job site differ materially from what was disclosed or visible at the time of assessment
- Additional work is required that was not identified during the initial assessment
- Material or labor costs change significantly between estimate and project execution
- Applicable building codes or permit requirements impose additional requirements
A project does not become a binding agreement until both parties have signed a written contract or work order. Hardy Electrical is not obligated to perform any work based solely on a website quote request or verbal discussion.
4. Licensing and Compliance
All electrical work performed by Hardy Electrical Contractors LLC is performed in compliance with applicable Florida building codes, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and all local Brevard County permit requirements.
Hardy Electrical holds Florida Electrical Contractor License ER13016486, which can be verified at any time through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at myfloridalicense.com.
Where required by law, Hardy Electrical will obtain appropriate permits before commencing work. The cost of permits, inspections, and related fees is the customer's responsibility and will be communicated in advance.
